Below you will find an overview of our pricing, sizing, and do’s and don’ts list regarding events hosted with us!
All single rooms have a rental fee of $99 Monday - Thursday.
$199 Friday through Sunday. This fee includes white table linens and napkins in the color of your choosing. and fresh floral centerpieces.
A $1,000.00 food minimum is required for single room rentals.
Children under 10 are half pricefor buffet options, or may select from the Young Adults menu.
Fire Place Banquet
50 Guests, Handicap Accessible, Working Fireplace.
Combined, they create our Ballroom, which accommodates up to 120 guests.
Ballroom rental fee: $299.00 (Monday-Thursday) $399.00 (Friday - Sunday)
Ballroom in unavailalbe for booking on Friday and Saturday Evenings. If you are looking for a space to accommodate 60 more guests, please ask us about The Barns @ Black Dog for more information.

Food Minimum: $2,000 Friday & Saturday Evenings (events between 3:30pm to close)
Booking Details
To secure your date, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of inquiry. We do not accept checks. Event spaces include a three-hour event window, plus 30 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for breakdown.
If additional time is needed, it may be purchased (when available) at $99 per hour. Please note that extended time is subject to scheduling and availability.
State taxes and a 20% gratuity apply to all contracted events.
Space & Setup Notes
For events that include gift tables, favor tables, décor, or dancing, we recommend reducing your guest count by 6 guests per additional table or space needed to ensure comfort and flow.
All food pricing excludes beverages, other than water. We do offer non-alcoholic and alcoholic drink packages to accommodate everyone’s drink preference!

Décor & Personalization
We love it when guests make their events personalized! You are welcome to bring your own décor; we strongly encourage it! We do ask for the following in regard to décor:
- No confetti, loose glitter, open flame, or tack holes.
- Helium balloons must be anchored to a weight.
- Double-sided adhesive is great for hanging décor.
- You are welcome to bring your own entertainment!
Your event room will be available 30 minutes before your start time and 30 minutes after for breakdown and cleanup.
